The Showcase

Our showcase events provide a high level of competition and maximum exposure to college coaches from across the country.

The coaches represent teams at a variety of different levels - NCAA I, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA.

Because of the opportunity, student-athletes come from all over the U.S. as well as from overseas. They will play in matches and potentially meet one-on-one with coaches who are interested in recruiting them.

At least 60% of the athletes will receive an offer during one of our events.

Important Tips

Showcases are an integral part of your recruiting plan, that must also include other efforts such as communicating with college coaches, playing tournaments, sending videos, etc.
Relax, take your time to find your game. You will play for two days in front of coaches. Do not try to over impress.
You are being evaluated on and off the court. Act professional.
Pay attention to small details: How you dress; what you say; body language; review your social media pages
While on the court, do not worry which or how many coaches are watching you. Just focus on playing your best level that day.
Coaches do not have the time and chance to approach each player who they are interested in. Most will want to follow up at a future date. They have all your contact information.
Do not be shy to interact, ask questions, initiate contact, be yourself and act friendly. Make coaches remember you. Do not hesitate to approach any coach you are interested in speaking with.

Contacting Coaches

NCAA Division I

You may receive brochures for camps, questionnaires, NCAA materials and non athletics recruiting publications at any time.
A coach may begin sending your recruiting materials and electronic correspondence June 15 between your sophomore and junior year in high school.
You or your family may call a coach beginning June 15 between your sophomore and junior year in high school.
A coach may call you or your family beginning June 15 between your sophomore and junior year in high school.
A college coach may have a contact with you or your family off the college's campus beginning August 1 of your junior year in high school.
You or your family may visit a college at your own expense (unofficial) beginning August 1 of your junior year in high school.
A college may pay for you to visit (official visit) the college beginning August 1 of your junior year in high school.

NCAA Division II

You may receive brochures for camps, questionnaires, NCAA materials and non athletics recruiting publications at any time.
A coach may begin sending your recruiting materials and electronic correspondence June 15 between your sophomore and junior year in high school.
No limit on number of calls by college coach beginning June 15 between your sophomore and junior years. You may make calls to the coach at your expense.
A college coach may have a contact with you or your family off the college's campus beginning June 15 between your sophomore and junior year in high school. No limit in the number of contacts off campus.
You or your family may visit a college at your own expense (unofficial) at any time, except during a dead period.
A college may pay for you to visit (official visit) the college beginning June 15 between your sophomore and junior years. Between June 15 before your junior year and the end of your senior year, you may make only one official visit per college and up to a maximum of five official visits to Division I colleges. There is no limit to official visits to Division II colleges.

NCAA Division III

Division III tennis has fewer restrictions on email and phone calls:

Letters and emails may be sent at any time.
No limit on number of calls or when they can be made.
Off campus contact after your sophomore Year. No limit in the number of contacts.
You may make an unlimited number of unofficial visits any time.
Official visits may occur after January 1st of your junior year. Between June 15 before your junior year and the end of your senior year in high school, you may make only one official visit per college and up to a maximum of five official visits to Division I colleges. There is no limit to official visits to Division III colleges.

NAIA and NJCAA

Can send printed materials and call at any time.
May have contact with players at any time as long as they are not enrolled in another 4 year institution.
